Our client is a leading Swindon-based not for profit organisation.
They are recruiting to a new role "Engagement Coordinator" to build relationships with their clients and promote industry-specific professional registration products.
In essence, this is an Account Management function, it is therefore essential that you have previous client-care / customer service experience.
Ideally within a corporate/commercial context.
The organisation boasts a friendly and inclusive working culture, where you will receive training on their specific products and be provided with plenty of industry insight, to ensure you are confident and effective when engaging with both existing and new clients.
Aside from being office based, you will also have an opportunity to meet your clients face to face, so a driving licence will be useful, but not essential.
