Title: Interim Care taker (Facilities Manager, Site manager)
Immediate start, ongoing temporary care taker position working for a leading housing association based in Hammersmith & Fulham.
About the role:
Working as an interim care taker you’ll be responsible for a variety duties including but not limited to; ensuring that the site is fully compliant with relevant Health & Safety standards, dealing with any maintenance work and when necessary contacting external suppliers, ensuring the smooth running of utility services including gas and electricity, and taking responsibility for any cleaning and general DIY work.
Applicants for the position of interim care taker;
- Must be immediately available or on short notice
- Must have experience in a similar care taker or facilities role
- Have knowledge of Health & Safety, utility services and general DIY
- Be able to prioritize and manage workload
