Our clients' mission is to develop services that encourage, empower and enable a climate of informed choice, enhancing the capacity of clients to function independently in their community. They have 3 provisions; Mental Health services, Brain Injury services and learning disability services. This role would sit within their learning disability provision.
The post involves producing accurate financial records, preparation of annual budgets and financial management of the budget. The post holder will be registered with CQC and be responsible for the overall management of the service and it's staff.
To be considered for this role you will need to hold an NVQ level 3 in Care or equivalent and be willing be the CQC registered manager for the service. You will also need to have had a minimum of 2 years management experience within a similar service and be able to demonstrate business acumen. A proactive approach to help maximise occupancy and fees is essential and a drive and passion to ensure you are providing the best service for the clients.
