Typical duties for the Care & Support Worker Waking Nights role include providing personal care, administering medication, encouraging customers to access and participate in meaningful activities, spending time with customers, contributing to care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with a range of care professionals to encourage a targeted and comprehensive care and support service.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing care and support to vulnerable people.
This is a permanent part time role based on 20 hours per week, to cover on average two waking nights 10 hours per shift over a seven day rota.
Please note a driving license would be beneficial due to the location of the scheme.
