This prestigious national charity are recruiting an experienced Call Center Manager to be responbsbile for all aspects of team management.
You will have an opportunity to make a tangible impact to this fantastic organsiation and will be expected to recruit, train, inspire and performance manage the team 30 staff, ensuring that an exceptional customer experience is always at the heart of the operation.
