Business Process Manager – 6 month fixed term contract
TPP are working in partnership with a highly respected health charity in the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to join their friendly team, working across and collaborating with their four fundraising departments. This role is an urgent 6 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible. This role is based in Central London and will be paying between £34,000 up to £42,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
You will have the unique opportunity to play a key part in improving this business-critical function by providing excellent operational guidance and support.
Your initial focus will be to map out existing business processes and help identify opportunities to creatively transform current working practices into fresh alternative solutions across the organisation.
Once the recommendations have been made, you will then go on to support and guide colleagues through the relevant business change, ensuring operational solutions are designed and implemented effectively and efficiently in order to maximize fundraising contribution.

It’s important to explain the fundraising function as a whole is particularly dynamic and therefore would be best matched with candidates who exude a similar drive and energy.
Working directly with the four fundraising teams and finance function, you will need be a great communicator in order to influence each of your colleagues and their daily business processes.
