This well established health charity are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to provide data selection and analysis on behalf of the fundraising team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience providing similar support within a charity, using CRM's to provide trend analysis.

Main responsibilities for the Business Intelligence Manager include:
*Using data analysis methods to develop plans towards the achievement of
departmental and strategic priorities
*Support digital engagement and income generation priorities
*Produce selections and segmentation that drive market activity
*Work with all teams within the organisation to develop reporting that measures interdepartmental success
*Support managers to plan future engagement and fundraising activities through data analysis methodology

Essential criteria for the Business Intelligence Manager include:
*Using customer relationship databases to provide trend analysis
*Experience of carrying out complex data analysis and selections
*Well-developed communication skills
*Advanced knowledge of Excel
*Desirable - proficiency in SQL including writing SQL codes (but training available)
