A West London based health charity is seeking a talented bookkeeper for a full-time, permanent role.
-Assisting the Finance Manager running the Finance department
-Preparation of annual budgets in Excel with Finance Manager
-Responsibility for running the purchase ledger, sales ledger
-Assist Finance Manager with month-end duties
-Petty cash, credit card recs and BACS payments
-Running the monthly payroll in Finance Manager's absence
-Previous experience running an internal payroll is essential
-Previous experience putting together budgets is essential
-Prior experience running both sales and purchase ledgers essential
-Advanced Excel skills required
-AAT or QBE preferred - candidates with full or part-qualified ACCA / CIMA may be over-qualified
