A national charity is seeking a Bid Coordination Manager to join their newly created team the successful candidate will have previous experience of working with and supporting fundraisers. You will need highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills to assist fundraisers with planning, research, analysis and insightful data.

Main duties for the Bid Coordination Manager:
Establish and promote and develop tracking systems for income and pledges
Produce regular bid management reports
Oversee pipeline of high values teams offering insight into management
Bridge the gap between fundraising and non-income generating teams
Ensure database is being managed effectively- providing training when required
Manage budget for prospect research
line management of prospect researchers

Essential criteria for the Bid Coordination Manager
Highly developed analytical and numerical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations
Excellent knowledge of Fundraising CRM systems (Raisers Edge)
Experience of monitoring and evaluating process
Line management experience
Budget management experience
Understanding of fundraising and or protect research
