An exciting new opportunity has arisen within an education charity for an Associate Director. This is a full time permanent position paying £45,320- £48,320, increasing to £50,690- £53,690 after successful completion of probation period. The role can be based out of any UK office.

This new position has been created within a new division and will be responsible for supporting members of staffing delivering organisational objectives by optimising systems and process, sharing and supporting best practice and developing a continuous improvement culture of innovation.
This will include ensuring Local Area teams are equipped to deliver high impact programmes through the provision of quality delivery processes, systems and frameworks with accurate, timely and relevant KPI reporting.
To be successful you will have:
• QTS or equivalent
• Experience of working in schools in challenging circumstances
• Ability to develop appropriate KPI’s which support achievement of organisational goals and enable delivery excellence.
• Proven experience developing effective and efficient core delivery processes which enable local teams to execute with excellence ensuring appropriate levels of consistency while allowing for local area innovation
• Ability to build, equip and influence teams across multiple departments
