Our client is a large International Not-For-Profit organisation who are currently recruiting an Assistant Director of HR & Organisational Development on a permanent basis.
The organisation is about to embark on an exciting period of transformation which will involve the development of new structures, roles and skill requirements for the workforce.
As a senior member of the team, you will drive the implementation of a variety of HR and Organisational Development strategies, policies & procedures, outlining the organisation's ambitions to enable the development of a highly skilled, motivated & engaged workforce.
You will take the lead on workforce and organisational development responsibilities, this will include heading the development & delivery of a People Strategy as well as taking forward the People and Culture workstream in the transformation programme. As you settle into the role, you will also take charge of the employer brand, ensuring that high quality applicants are attracted to the organisation.
This opportunity is ideal for a forward-thinking HR professional with an analytical mind, for ensuring the timely production of high quality, accurate & relevant financial & management information supports key decision-making and planning.
