TPP are currently recruiting for one of the nation's largest and established Children's charities. Our client is seeking a dynamic Assistant Director to take part in a job share in London.
This post is responsible for our client's Central and Pan London region. A region which has been restructured to ensure key work is done with London's most vulnerable Children and Young People. Within this locality the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of services for young people experienced CSE, trafficking or Missing as well as Nursery provision, family support, youth engagement, education and alternative provision.
The successful candidate will be accountable for middle management including co-ordinators, project leaders and service managers. This post will report into Regional/ national Director of Children's Services.
This is a job share, 18.13 hours per week therefor vital that the successful candidate is organised, a true team player and can communicate effectively with colleagues.
Our client offers vulnerable and disadvantaged children a holistic support service and prides themselves in ensuring their key values are at the heart of everything they do. Therefore, it is vital that the person who comes into this post has a strong moral and value base themselves about children and young people. You will be outcome focused through passion and motivation, not just statistics, have a strong can do attitude and will have a good eye for detail.
To apply you will need to evidence that you are an experienced leader with a strong background in Education and Commissioning alongside direct delivery of Children's Services. You will be required to have a professional qualification in health and Social Care, Education, Youth etc. alongside excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
