A leading financial awarding body are recruiting for an Assistant Assessment Operations Manager for 9months to ensure the quality of their assessments through venue quality, reasonable adjustments and recruiting assessment markers.
As someone who has a strong knowledge of assessment administration or quality assurance processes in an accrediting or awarding body, you will place an intricate part in ensuring that designated assessment centre are adhering to the correct standards through both coordinating and conducting unannounced quality assurance visits across the UK and in some instances internationally, and following through on any issues as well as managing any complaints.
You will have a customer centric approach in to order to also manage the operation process relating to reasonable adjustments and special considerations as well as be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in this area and managing any malpractice cases.
Finally even though you will not have direct line management responsibilities you will be responsible for the recruitment and training of all assessment markers as well as liaise with other staff in the operational management of these suppliers.
This role would be ideal for someone who wishes to take on a more quality assurance focused role within assessment, or who wishes to take their next step up in the assessment focused career.
