A leading awarding organisation are recruiting for an Assistant Assessment Operations Manager to contribute to the provision of an efficient assessment system for students and training providers as well as to the implementation of the education and development policies and strategy.
As someone who has worked within an awarding or professional membership body previously and who has knowledge of the certification process within these types of organisations you will assist the Operations Manager with the internal and external assessment operational matters as well as manage the day to day certification process.
This role will be an excellent position for someone wanting to move into a management role as you will have direct line management responsibility for 1staff member on a daily basis, as well as supporting the team leaders and deputising for the Operations Manager when required including carrying out interim reviews, annual appraisals and regular 1-2-1 meetings incorporating the evaluation of L&D needs.
You will require excellent organisational and accuracy skills as other areas of responsibility in the role will include quality assurance, external assessment results reporting, certification and assessment processes.
