You will manage an assessments and awards team providing excellent service to students, colleagues and external examiners in the delivery of administrative support for the assessment and awards cycle ensuring compliance with University regulations, policy and procedures. You will take a lead role in the co-ordination, arrangement and management of award ceremonies
To be successful in the role you will need experience in a customer service focused environment, Knowledge and understanding of the assessment cycle, experience organising and managing events, specifically large formal events such as graduation ceremonies. You will also have experience of managing and motivating administrative staff, excellent IT skills including MS Office and experience of using a student records system or similar, ideally SITS.
