TPP are working with the IoD top recruit for a new role within their Assessments and Professional Standards team to manage the pre and post examination process in relation to two or more component modules of the Certificate in Company Direction, across up to 12 exam events per year.
As someone with experience of working in an awarding body team you will project manage the construction or amendment of question banks in accordance with the timescales and demands for syllabus reviews, as well as maintain and enhance question banks to the standards required by the IoD Assessment Committee and external regulator.
With an innovative and “can do” attitude you will support the work of the Head of Assessment and the Senior Assessment manager in the creation of new assessment products and supporting processes, using problem solving skills to manage processes in a changing environment and support new initiatives.
Other elements of the role will include detailed analysis of question stats, including assessment reports and statistical data for the Assessment committee so an understanding of statistical measures used in assessment and outstanding attention to numerical and verbal detail is essential to the role.
You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships with external question writers, the Lead Examiner, suppliers, consultants and the senior management team.
