A leading financial awarding body are looking to recruit a new role for their growing product team to contribute to new qualification development and assessment design principles.
As the Assessment Design Manager you will have excellent communication skills with stakeholders such as SMEs and internal colleagues in order to successfully liaise with the Assessment Production team throughout projects to ensure a smooth handover to live assessment development as well as train and work with SMEs to write and produce test specifications, assessment blueprints and SAMS and conduct 1-1s, team meetings and performance reviews.
Internally you will work closely with Qualifications Development Managers to assist with the production of training materials for SMEs as well as regularly update them on any performance issues with materials and design matters. You will also prepare and submit qualifications for accreditation to regulators as required and prepare material for conduct and compliance to support regulatory reporting as required.
As someone with Ofqual experience or similar awarding body regulations and systems you will manage and coordinate numerous unit and assessment development projects so you must have experience in successful assessment design and delivery as well as working with qualification specifications.
As someone who is a self starter and able to use their initiative you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and open team as well as be able to persuade and influence others in an appropriate manner to gain agreement, support and buy-in.
