Are you an Area Fundraising Manager looking for a new challenge?
We are working with a National Health Charity to help them find an Area Fundraising Manager to join their growing team. We are looking for someone who has significant community fundraising back ground and who contribute to the growing community fundraising team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to developing volunteering fundraising and will able to manage and sustain a budgeted income. In addition to this they will feel confident in 'making the ask,' and have experience in recruiting volunteers. You will also be experience in motivating people to get involved and being able to build a rapport and establish professional relationships with others. They provide many different services and are there for everyone who is affected by providing them with advice and emotional support to provide a brighter future.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with following experience;
*Experience of working in Fundraising at a community level, including experience of "making the ask" for support.
*Experience of successfully recruiting and managing volunteers and building volunteer networks.
*Experience of actively engaging with local groups, businesses and / or community networks to secure support.
*Ability to identify opportunities and to focus activity to maximise success.
*Ability to develop tactics and approaches and to develop and deliver plans.
