A leading medical membership organisation in central London are looking to recruit an Examinations Coordinator to support the team in the production of their written examination papers.
As the Written Examinations Coordinator, you'll have responsibility for implementing changes to final written papers, inputting and analysing data, reviewing examination questions within the question bank and ensuring the question bank is developed in line with quality assurance processes.
You will be a confident and effective communicator, enabling you to liaise with the Written Paper Panels, Examinations Sub-Committees, the Chief Examiner and the Head of Operations to provide full, effective support.
On Examination days, you'll be the main point of contact at Examination centres and may be asked to help with invigilation if required. Examinations and meetings can take place outside of London, so you may also be asked to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
Essentially, you must have impeccable attention to detail and hold a strong track record of producing work to a high standard, with a high degree of accuracy while working to deadlines. You must have a professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills to delivery a high standard of customer service.
