A grant giving support charity are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join their team, the successful candidate will have excellent experience within administration, committee support, membership and grants coordination.

Main duties for the Grant and Support Coordinator:

  • Provide day to day administration support to the team
  • To be the first point of contact for all member and service user enquiries- providing advice and support when required
  • Liaising with internal staff to issue grants on a regular basis
  • Data administration using raisers edge
  • External stakeholder management
  • Prepare grant administration for managers to review and liaise with beneficiaries
  • Committee administration

Essential criteria for the Grant and Support Coordinator:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic nature
  • Advanced writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to vulnerable service users
  • Previous experience of using charity specific databases
  • Previous experience of working within membership or grants coordination/ management
