Our client is national charity that's multi-purpose focus spans both conservation, heritage and tourism.
Although their public profile does not yet currently make them a household name - they are one of the largest charities in the UK!
This charity lives and breaths the great outdoors and runs mulitple campaings to encourage the great British public to get out and get involved to enjoy the amazing countryside that our country is so well known for.
They are recruiting a Volunteering Development Coordinator for a 12 month contract to work from their picturesque rural office in Warwick.
You will have the opportunity to work behind the scenes supporting this ambitious national volunteer programme.
The charity has 11 "front-line" Volunteer Coordinators across the regions and you will work closely along side them.
Your main focus will be to ensure the 11 Coordinators have sufficient support and resources to engage and development their numerous local partner groups (the volunteers).
This will include a revised volunteer handbook, an online tool-kit, promotional materials and field based health and safety guidelines.
This Programme role will would suit anyone with extensive volunteer or community engagement experience.
