We are working with an elderly charity based in West London who are looking for 2 volunteer recruitment administrators to join them on a 15 month FTC.

You will play a key part in a small but dynamic team of administrators, providing effective administration, including monitoring, reviewing & reporting on volunteer recruitment across all directorates.

You will be responsible for managing the volunteer applications via telephone, email and through the online portal so must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Updating the CRM database with all the relevent information from the telephone assessments.

You will be setting up the volunteers online safeguarding training and processing DBS checks and explaining the process to the candidates.

Essential Criteria:

  • Extensive admin experience including DBS exposure.
  • Experience working in the voluntary sector or in recruitment administration
  • Data processing
