Chickenshed Kensington and Chelsea (CKC) are seeking a volunteer to assist with marketing and awareness-raising across the Tri-borough areas of Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster.
We are looking for someone who can offer their time on a flexible basis to improve awareness within the local community of our various projects; to help promote events and performances; and to help in attracting potential participants to our regular sessions.
The Volunteer Marketing Assistant will be supervised by the CKC Creative Producer in close liaison with the Senior Marketing Manager and the marketing and communications team.
Overview of Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated volunteer with excellent communication skills who has an active interest in inclusive theatre and a commitment to the values of Chickenshed. This opportunity would ideally suit someone with an interest in arts marketing, someone looking for a career in arts administration or alternatively someone looking to utilise their current experience to help benefit an exciting charity.

- Good knowledge of marketing and promotional activities
- Knowledge of the local area, including networks, listings and potential organisations and venues who might help promote our work Excellent communication skills

Times and Commitment
Flexible hours - throughout the year we have busier and quieter periods.
The role is based at our CKC office located at Unit 309A, Harbour Yard, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XD
