We are working with a membership body based in central London who are looking to recruit a Volunteer Development Administrator. As a professional body, they have over 12,000 members.
Volunteering for them is seen as an opportunity for members to learn, develop and share best practice - volunteers use their knowledge to benefit fellow members.
The Volunteer Development Team, play a vital role is ensuring those members who donate their time have a positive journey, and that processes are in place from first point of contact to offboarding.
The Volunteer Development Administrator is a varied role, responsible for the day to day administration of the programme, working closely with the Volunteer Manager. You will particularly be responsible for managing volunteer enquiries and volunteer recruitment process, ensuring volunteers have a positive experience.
They are looking for a candidate who is;
- An excellent administrator with good attention to detail, experience of improving processes and database/CRM knowledge.
- Interested in how volunteering can lead to increased learning and personal development.
- A desire to learn new skills and tackle new challenges.
