TPP are working with a well known National charity to recruit an experienced Volunteer Coordinator to work part time covering the Mid and North Wales region. The successful candidate will be an experienced Volunteer Manager who has extensive knowledge within this local area, you will also be bilingual, speaking English and Welsh. The role is home based and for 21 hours per week.

Main duties for the Volunteer Coordinator:
Identify and development of volunteering roles and activities to support the service users
Development of partnerships and local agreements
Recruitment, selection, induction and ongoing support to volunteers
Manage the database and ensure data is compliant
Manage all safeguarding
Management of events

Essential criteria for the Volunteer Coordinator:
Successful track record of managing and recruiting volunteers
Experience of creating and developing new volunteering initiatives
Ability to manage complex projects
Experience of producing and writing reports
Skilled bilingual communication within welsh and English
Ability to motivate and influence people
