My client, a well established care organisation are recruiting for Training and Volunteer Administrator to join there busy team in there Westminster office.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Volunteering Manager, Volunteer Officer, to provide effective administration support.

Some of the duties to include:

  • Liaising with relevant departments to book in training dates for the year, team supervision, team meetings and away days
  • Admin support to Volunteer Officer
  • When directed assist with the on boarding new volunteers ensuring that all volunteers have electronic files containing their personal information and kept securely in accordance to company policy
  • Arrange 'Welcome' inductions days and confirm details to relevant trainers
  • Assist with setting up training rooms on training days
  • Assist with updating volunteer data base on all volunteers across the organisation
  • Assist Volunteer Officer with the administration
  • Assist in the promotion of volunteer opportunities
  • Produce, Coordinate and manage all training calendars, room bookings, venues
  • Update and amend all documentation used in line with Company policy & comms
  • Ensure content for all training is relevant, up to date and factual (to include hand outs)
  • Order stationery when it is required
  • Assist Peer Circles Senior worker when directed
  • Assist with research information on opportunities for participants for Peer Circles
  • Keep a detailed list of expenditure related to Peer Circles
  • Carryout out other duties commensurate with the role, as determined reasonable by Look Ahead
