This forward-thinking national youth charity is recruiting an experienced team administrator to support the Compliance Manager on a temporary basis until the end of February 2019.
The main purpose of the role is to support the compliance team to deliver a vetting service for adult volunteers and support the Compliance Manager to provide advice on all volunteer compliance matters, providing an excellent customer service and effectively triaging all enquiries and referring to the appropriate team. This is an administrative role within the Quality department and acts as the first point of contact for the Vetting and Compliance team and includes daily monitoring and responding to emails, phone calls and requests from internal colleagues and volunteers in line with service level agreements.
