St Luke's Hospice based in Harrow, Middlesex, is supported by many committed volunteers who kindly donate their time to help in all areas of the Hospice.
Whether it's to serve customers in one of our shops, welcoming patients and their families on reception, helping on our inpatient unit or marshalling at an event, our volunteers are a valued part of the team.
Our volunteers come from a wide variety of backgrounds and each have their own motivation for spending their time with us. Many volunteers enjoy the social aspect of volunteering and the chance to gain work experience, learn new skills or put to use their existing talents.

Retail Volunteers help raise vital funds by assisting with the processing and sale of donated goods.
An opportunity to join our well established Stamps Sorting Team who process and sort donated stamps to be sold in our shops and online.
Join our team of friendly volunteers who offer a warm welcome to the visitors to our hospice.
To assist the nursing team to provide and maintain a high standard of care for patients, their families and friends.
We offer a variety of roles including providing bereavement support to hospice clients by establishing a caring relationship that is responsive to their needs, also a complementary therapy service delivering a high standard of care not only to our patients but also their carers who provide support to our patients.
The gardening team do a variety of tasks from weeding, planting, mowing, watering, pruning, tidying the grounds, carpentry tasks, cutting back small trees and planning for the following season.
To assist at fundraising events and charity collections in the local area. St Luke's run a varied programme of mass participation, sporting and social events throughout the year and the volunteers who help at these events are invaluable and help improve the success of our events.
