TPP are working with a fantastic disability to recruit a User Researcher for a fixed term contract of 10 months the successful candidate will have experience of working within the social research sector.
Main duties for the User Researcher:
Research the support and advice content needs of the charity's customers and staff
Document the user needs identified during the research
Work with the Content Designer to plan content to meet user needs
test content proceed with end users
Work with the senior Researcher and Data Manager to record all customer insight
Essential criteria for User Researcher:
Experience in the social research sector
Understanding of both quantitative or qualitative research methods
Experience of managing a full life cycle of a research project
Understanding of GDPR requirements
Understanding of disability would be desirable
