We are working with UK's largest provider of legal education to recruit for an Administrator. You will support the International Partnership Director in all aspects of the University partnership activity.
This a temporary position and you will be required to work on campus 35 hours per week. The salary for this role is £14.00 per hour.
About the role
As the Administrator you will coordinate and facilitate the communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring an effective response to administrative processes for a wide range of activities related to planning, implementing, and monitoring international partnerships.
You will produce briefing notes and other documentation required for the development of new strategic partnerships and manage the calendars of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor -International Development and the Director of International Partnerships.
To be considered for the role you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experiences:
* Excellent Administrative experience in a similar environment
* Experience in working within a demanding office environment
* High level organisational time management skills
* Excellent networking skills with senior clientele and ability to work independently
* Willingness to travel in the UK and internationally
