TPP's Fundraising and Development team are supporting a London-based medical research charity with the search for a Trusts Manager. This is a maternity cover contract of up to 12 months, and reports to the Senior Trusts Manager. Some flexible working options could be considered for the right candidate (e.g.compressed hours / 4 days per week).

This is an exciting time for the team which is growing quickly.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining significant relationships with the charity's major trust supporters, through tailored engagement and exceptional stewardship. You will also identify major trusts and foundations new to the work of the charity and cultivate relationships with these trusts to significantly increase income from new supporters.

In order to be considered, you will be a highly skilled trust fundraiser with significant experience of both securing major gifts from trusts and of managing large-scale grants. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills and a successful track record of achieving growth in trust fundraising through relationship management. You will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a desire to work collaboratively.

To apply, send an updated CV in response to this advert in the first instance. Alternatively, contact Matt Adams on the TPP Fundraising and Development team for a confidential discussion.
