A London based health-focused charity is currently looking for a Trust & Statutory & Data Supportive Executive on a temporary 3 month contract, starting from 1st June.

The role will be split into two distinct sets of responsibilities. For 3 days per week, the post holder will take on core responsibilities of the Trusts and Statutory Executive. On the remaining 2 days per week, the job will involve working to ensure that the charity meets their obligations under the new GDPR legislation, effective from the end of May 2018.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Writing and submitting all planned approaches for funding currently within the Trusts Executive portfolio (expected to generate circa 200k income).
  • Thanking and overseeing the banking and coding of all donations to the trusts and statutory team.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the donor/prospective donor database.
  • Leading on the data cleanse project, ensuring the data stored is compliant to the General Data Protection regulation.

You must have experience in writing compelling funding applications / cases for support and an excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM systems. You should also be able to demonstrate experience of handling confidential and sensitive data. Experience of working in a High Value Partnership fundraising team is also highly desirable.
