This is an exciting time for a talented Trusts and Grants Fundraiser to be a part of the next chapter in a leading disability charity's sustained growth plans; including being part of the team that supports an increase in voluntary income by 25% in the next three years!

A passionate, relational and results-driven person, the Trusts & Grants Manager will be directly responsible for maintaining the current Trusts portfolio during a maternity cover contract for 13 months. You will deliver on income targets of £400k+ and manage the reporting of a live capital appeal.

A member of the fundraising management team and an inspirational team leader, you will manage the Trusts & Grants Officer and volunteers to drive a significant research program to replenish our Trusts pipeline, and build strong appeals and applications to inspire support to the cause, whilst keeping current funders impassioned on this charity's key vision.

Being a highly skilled and professional fundraiser, you will have enjoyed success in trusts and grants fundraising, whilst building a supporter-led journey in collaboration with other teams to maximise income.
You will join an energetic fundraising department who together raise over £4 million annually and are set to generate £5 million annually in the next three years. Join this charity and be a part of this growth for a truly fantastic cause.
