This disability and community engagement charity is looking for a Trusts & Grants Manager to join them at an exciting time of growth.
You will innovatively manage the charity's Trusts and Grants program to sustain and grow income generation in line with ambitious growth aspirations, driving the trusts fundraising to increase income for project, capital and UK core-cost funding.
You will need a good understanding of the principles and practice of trust and grant fundraising and the following keys skills and experience:
- Significant experience of successful trusts and grants fundraising
- Significant experience reporting back to funders on use of funds from trusts, grants and statutory sources and of researching trusts and grant-makers
- Budget management
- Direct staff or volunteer management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and relationship management skills
