TPP is currently partnering with a sister charity of a large French Catholic NGO.

For the past 160 years, the large NGO has been supporting eastern Christians in the middle east and enabling the survival of Christianity in the Biblical lands through long-term projects in Humanitarian aid, education, evangelisation, health care and pastoral support.

The charity has significant access to the NGO's networks in the Middle East and North Africa, including its close links to the Eastern Catholic Churches.

The Role

As Head of Fundraising you will be responsible for developing and delivering the fundraising strategy. You will be particularly responsible for building and cultivating relationships with major donors and act as ambassador for the charity at donor meetings and fundraising events. Additionally, you will manage a Community and Events Fundraising Manager and a Trust & Foundations Fundraising Manager.

Person Specification

In order to be successful in this role you will have a proven fundraising track record having secured significant income previously. You will possess sound leadership skills in order to motivate and inspire a team of fundraisers. You will be experienced in creating and delivering fundraising strategies and be knowledgeable in latest fundraising trends and legislation. You will be comfortable working in a start-up environment.

Benefits

You will receive a salary of £35,000 and the option of flexible working hours including some working from home after probation.
