Job Title: Trusts and Foundations Manager
Salary: £40,500
Location: Hybrid, with only 2 days per month in the London office
Contract: Full-time, Fixed term (3 years)

Working as the Trusts and Foundations Manager you'll play a key role in securing significant funding from trusts and foundations, helping them to respond quickly and effectively to major humanitarian crises. In this newly created role, you'll develop relationships with existing supporters and cultivate new partnerships to raise essential funds for emergency appeals and core organisational costs.

As Trusts & Foundations Manager, you will:

• Leading the strategic development of their trusts and foundations portfolio.
• Developing personalised proposals and presentations to secure large donations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key trust and foundation stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality, compelling communication materials.
• Ensuring excellent stewardship to maintain trust relationships and meet reporting standards.

Is this you?

• Experience securing five- and six-figure donations from trusts and foundations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting donor relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce engaging funding proposals.
• A passion for humanitarian work and the flexibility to respond quickly during emergency appeals.
