As their Trusts and Philanthropy Officer, you'll manage your own portfolio of supporters and prospects, contributing to our ambitious fundraising goals. With your flair for building relationships, you'll bring high standards of donor care and engage philanthropists, trusts, and foundations in supporting capital projects and conservation efforts

What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and individual donors, fostering long-term relationships and securing funding for heritage conservation projects.
• Lead communication with small and mid-level trusts, developing compelling proposals and demonstrating the real-world impact of these contributions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for funding, contributing to a variety of conservation efforts, from restoring WW2 buildings to safeguarding Palladian villas.
• Visit heritage sites across the UK to bring potential donors face-to-face with our work, strengthening their connection to our cause.

About You:

• You're an excellent writer with a talent for creating engaging proposals and donor communications.
• You have experience in securing funds from trusts, foundations, or individuals.
• You enjoy building meaningful relationships with donors and reaching fundraising targets.
• You're organised, self-motivated, and eager to make a difference in the heritage conservation space.
