Do you love music and have first-hand experience of how music-making makes a difference in young people's lives?
If so, this trustee opportunity could be for you.
Youth Music is recruiting new trustees and we're particularly keen to appoint young people between the ages of 18 to 25 who are currently not represented on the board.
You'll join us at an exciting time of growth of development as we approach the end of our 20th Anniversary year. As a trustee, you'll play a central role in contributing to our future direction attending four board meetings each year, two away days, project visits and events.
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about making sure the barriers to young people taking part in and progressing their music-making and career aspirations are removed.
The deadline for applications is Monday 4 November. Interviews for the role will take place with our Chair and another Trustee, on Wednesday 20 November 2019. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to come and meet the Youth Music team before the formal interview takes place.
