Title:

Trustee Admin support

Responsible to:

Information and systems admin

Role Purpose:

To support admin with tasks relevant to trustee meetings

Location:

Solihull Fire station

Hours of work:

1 x ½ day per month - hours/day TBC

Tasks &responsibilities involved:

Getting packs ready for 6 weekly trustee meetings; scanning/photocopying, stapling

Skills. knowledge & experience required:

Good listening skills, multi tasking, IT, knowledge of office equipment

Personal qualities required:

Oganisational skills, good communication skills

Induction:

General company information/handbook

Health & Safety, Risk Assessment

Training:

Appropriate use of computers/office equipment

Review period:

Ongoing each month

Expenses:

Bus fare/mileage to office covered
