Transformation Manager (Domestic Abuse)

Our client a leading support charity leading the way on empowerment to vulnerable adults and children are seeking an interim manager to support and transform services across West London and Slough.

This is an exciting role, seeking a strong leader, and people manager, this role will be in place to enhance and transform current services in the area.

The Transformation Manager for Domestic Abuse services is a new fixed term role within Hestia and will work to clearly defined performance targets.

The role will be responsible for a group of domestic abuse services and will focus on service improvements such as key performance indicator performance, retention, implementation of recovery, co-production and psychologically informed environments as well as the day to day leadership and management of the services.

This role will report to the Head of Domestic Abuse and Modern Slavery and will form an integral part of the Domestic Abuse leadership team.

Demonstrable knowledge and experience


  • Experience of delivering service improvements across complex services
  • Excellent knowledge of domestic abuse theories and best practice
  • Successfully applying change management methodologies to achieve behaviour change
  • An excellent knowledge of the funding and financial environment in which an organisation like Hestia functions
  • Ability to manage multi-site multi-function services
  • Embedding new processes, functions and systems within a large organisation
  • Working with internal and external key stakeholders including commissioners and services users to deliver outcomes
  • Ability to create a vision to inspire teams
