A leading disability charity in London are re-shaping their training division and looking to recruit a Training Coordinator on a full time, 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Your role will be to coordinate the mandatory training and development programmes given to the staff team who deliver exceptional care and education services to the people the Charity supports. Some of the services the charity delivers include; further education for disabled students, independent and supported living programmes, rehabilitation for injuries, wellbeing coaching and social inclusion through working with churches and communities.
You'll be working closely with the services team to advise them on courses available and to organise the delivery of mandatory training. You will need to be confident in liaising with training suppliers and legislative bodies, and be the first point of contact for all training inquiries.
If you are someone with similar previous experience and someone who is organised, a confident problem solver, and will readily engage with people, this could be the role for you!
