Following the launch of their new state of the art learning academy a leading awarding body are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to support the Head of Academy and take responsibility for coordination the development and delivery of courses and materials to industry learners and members.
As someone who has excellent customer service skills you will provide an exceptional learner experience including handling enquiries and resolving technical queries, as well as working with stakeholders to facilitate training needs.
Ideally coming from a professional or membership organisation where you have been coordinating training for members and have developed a commercial awareness, you will have had experience in working with different learning platforms and technologies as well as possess strong administration skills in order to ensure the courses run smoothly including registering learners and issuing certificates.
Working alongside the Head of Academy you will be involved in overseeing the course development process, including coordinating peer reviews, subject matter experts and ensuring the format of resources and materials are up to standard.
You will also be instrumental in building the internal quality assurance processes as well as schedules.
