A leading awarding body are recruiting for a temporary Training Coordinator to take responsibility for coordination the development and delivery of courses and materials to industry learners and members.
As someone who has excellent customer service skills you will provide an exceptional learner experience including handling enquiries and resolving technical queries, as well as working with stakeholders to facilitate training needs.
You will have had experience in working with different learning platforms and technologies as well as possess strong administration skills in order to ensure the courses run smoothly including registering learners and issuing certificates.
This role is to cover the recruitment period for the permanent position, so there is a strong possibility of the right candidate staying in the role.
If so there will also be involvement in the course development process as well as opportunities for progression as this is a new role in an exciting new learning academy.
Ideally you will come from a training background where you have gained a commercial awareness, and also have knowledge around course development as well as management.
The temporary role can be looked at on a full or part time basis, however they are looking for someone full time for the permanent role.
