This is an immediate start 4 - 6 weeks on going temporary Finance Assistant role working for a arts and heritage not for profit based in the City of London.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be required to assist the Finance team with an on going system project. You will be required to enter all invoices and historic accounts onto the new accounting system, as the team transition to a paperless system. Upon entering the relevant invoices onto the new system you will need to dispose of the relevant records in appropriate way.
Applicants for the position of temporary Finance Assistant must have a good knowledge of debits and credits and must be competent user of Excel, including data entry. This is a full time role and applicants are required to travel into the offices and work on site.
