Telephone Marketing and Supporter Care Officer

An International charity based in London are seeking a Telephone Marketing and Supporter Care Officer to join their supporter care team. The successful candidate will have previous experience within supporter and or telemarketing.

Main duties for the Telephone Marketing and Supporter Care Officer:
Make welcome calls to new supporters to thank them
Contact current supporters to see whether they would like to increase financial support
Answer incoming telephone calls, emails and letters
Deal with enquiries and complaints
Gather feedback from supporters
Proactively pass contact details of potential supporters to fundraising team

Essential criteria for the Telephone Marketing and Supporter Care Officer:
Experience of working within supporter care or telemarketing
Proven track record of achieving targets and KPI's
Previous experience of providing excellent customer service
Strong administration skills
MS Office skills
Database experience
