One of the world's largest professional bodies are recruiting for a Technical Support Coordinator to support and manage their online training and competency package including training new and existing customers face to face and via webinars as well as ensuring a high level of customer service to specialist clients.
As someone with a passion for the use of technology within the assessment world, who has the confidence and charisma to speak publicly to senior clients, as well as deliver training and support face to face and via online methods you will work as part of a team to develop and maintain the training to meet the needs of customers.
You will be part of the wider Learning Solutions Team and work closely with internal teams such as key accounts and customer services and development managers to look after all materials related to qualifications, revision courses and online assessor training.
You do not need to be a tech wizard, however an interest in wed technologies or previous experience in maintaining a website would be advantageous.
