A leading disability charity based in south-east London are seeking a talented IT Technical Support Analyst for a brand new role.
The charity is seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join the Helpdesk team in a rapidly changing environment. You will be providing reactive and pro-active support services in the resolution of IT related issues and requests. Previous experience in a similar role for a non- profit organisation and an understanding of the care sector is desirable. This role would suite someone with a keen interest in IT Support, looking to develop new skills and progress their career within IT.
Type of Candidate: To be successful in this role you should be a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key success factors and candidate requirements:
Extensive use of business computer systems including Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project, Windows 7, 8, 10, MS Office 365, MS Exchange, MS RDS (Terminal Server)
