Our client, a leading heritage charity, are looking for a switched-on Team Coordinator to take on the responsibility for the coordination and administration of the Secretariat Office by supporting the Deputy Secretaries and Head of Secretariat who service the Board, Committee's, and specialist panels.
You will ensure the smooth running of the Secretariat office including dealing with queries from across the organisation, organising team meetings, booking travel and accommodation and the servicing of Board and Panel meetings. You will also be assisting with the organisation of events including board dinners, leadership team meetings and away days. This is a versatile and fast paced role and is certainly not your traditional team coordinator role.
This will suit candidates looking to gain more exposure to the organisation's governance. Role will also line manage a team assistant who is new to the team.
