We are working with a membership organisation to recruit a Team Administrator to support their Policy and Research Director. The successful candidate will have strong communication and administration skills.

Main duties for the Team Administrator:
Provide administration support to the Director and the team
manage logistics for weekly meeting
Support with producing the newsletter and distribution list
Prepare agendas and take minutes at meetings
Provide research support
Produce and process invoices
Maintain supplier relationships
Main point of contact for events

Essential criteria for the Team Administrator:
Strong administration skills and experience
Previous experience of taking minutes
Ability to assist with coordinating events
Excellent communication skills
