An established UK-wide statutory regulator and membership body are seeking an experienced Team Administrator. This is a fantastic permanent role that offers a clear line of progression for a credible organization based in Central London.
Your main duties for this Team Administrator post:
Be the front line query handler for your team.
Admin duties include: managing emails and incoming calls.
Responsible for filtering queries/information to identify cases to be addressed.
Analyse complaints to determine how to be actioned.
Following up on internal requests for further query information.
Open new cases in a timely manner within key performance indicators.
Liaise with complainant verbally and in writing to seek further information.
Maintain accurate records and case information.
Essential criteria for this Team Administrator role:
Experience of working in a team admin environment providing first line excellent levels of customer service.
Proven experience in handling and effectively managing sensitive and confidential information.
Outstanding communication skills with a personable approach.
Excellent written skills: drafting emails, letters and general correspondence.
Highly organised with amazing attention to detail.
Used to working in a high paced team environment.
Experience of researching, problem-solving and signposting stakeholders.
